Implement reconnection of connectors

Beschreibung
When the client PC was on standby and gets woken up, i assume the application just quits.
This will be anoying when waking up the laptop with controlling gui.
When PC with the server is woken up from standby, it looses connection to the CAN adapter.
This should also reconnect.
The heartbeat can be used to send status.
The client can calculate its status:
Disconnected
Connected, No CAN
Connected, CAN available
It should be possible that the USB dongle is disconnected and reconnected and the server is able to handle this.
