Have an quite complete second release;

• Network scan (UID, article)
• Configurable via CAN (node-id, shut-down time)
• Send battery level
• bootcounter / operating time

Not implemented:

• No support for CAN bootloader (binary to big)
• No support for sending consumed current
• Diagnostics via CAN not implemented (events), also not much events used (in biwak)
• LEPTO_LOG_SILENT not implemented
