Eval

  • Big LEDs to test outputs / Backlight-PWM
  • Amplified Buzzer to test buzzer output directly on MCU
  • PWM output to test buzzers; 3V; normal and amplified
  • Test for CANBus-cables;
    • MCU with 4 inputs
    • 4 outputs to control which line to be tested to detect shortcuts
    • 4 outputs for LEDs to indicate errornous wire
    • How detect shortcuts
    • Button to reset
  • Durchgangsprüfer ( buzzer-out / Buzzer-in )
    • Do i really need this? Dont want to setup an multimeter
    • Does not cost much
    • The signal is already there. It might be usefull to inspect the board

Functions

  • Measure power consumption of boards
  • Measure functions of PCBs (PWM Buzzer, Backlight)
  • Measure periphery (e.g. buzzers)
  • Test CANBus wires

Buchsen

  • GND
  • Durchgang
  • PWM out
  • PWM in to buzzer
  • LED/BL in to big LED
  • Strom-Mess-Durchgang mit Schiebeschater; e.g. 1101M2S3CGE2
  • 2xJST-4; Kabeltest
    • Auch ueber Stiftbuchse fuer Schoenes Gehaeuse, Acryl ala Ophio

Stiftleiste

  • GND
  • 3V
  • 5V
  • LED in 1
  • LED in 2
  • LED in 3
  • LED in 4
  • 2 Buzzers
  • 1 Big LED
  • Heardbeat
  • User
  • 1 Buzzer reset test
  • 4 LEDs "open connection"

MCU Pins

  • 4 GPIO out cable-test
  • 4 GPIO Input test
  • 4 GPIO LEDs
  • 1 LED "Running" amber
  • 1 LED "Good" green
  • 1 LED "Failed" red
  • 1 LED "Not 1:1" orange
  • PWM buzzer
  • Button start testing
  • 2 LEDs HB, User

20 Pins; STM32G030C8T6 Cheap and boring LQFP48;

2 Uart
2 I2C
2 Pow

No-MCU version

  • 4-Pin JST Power fuer CCandis Versorgung
  • 2-Pin JST CAN outlet for PC adapter
  • 2-Pin JST Power fuer Miniminutnik
  • 3-Pinheader Power VOUT, 5V, 3V, GND
  • Spannungsregler 5V; L78M05; was habe ich von den LED-Reglern?
  • Spannungsregler 3V
  • 2 Pin VIN; 8-24V
  • 2 Pin Measure
  • Schieberegler Shortcut; 1101M2S3CGE2
  • Strom messung 5V/3V; Schieber; 1201M2S3CQE2
  • 3 * Power-LED
  • 4 * LED-In; 3V
  • Buzzer-Input

Je nach Stellung des Spannungs-Schiebeschalter sind an den Spannungsausgaengen nur 5V oder nur 3V verfuegbar.
Testbar:

  • Buzzer-PWM-Ausgang
  • 4*3V Ausgaenge
  • Backlight-PWM (Weisse LED ueber Mosfet)
  • CAN durchgeroutet an PEAK Adapter

Nicht testbar:

  • Buzzer an sich; "bringup" ist kein Funktionsgenerator
  • I2C Ausgang; There are enough sensors around; I2C Ausgang seh spezifisch (only CANIO & CANRec)
