CANDis should have some button to shutdown mainswitch.
There will be a flash.
So it has to be a multicast shutdown-command.

- CANSwitch has to switch off power switches, keep PWMs at their level. Wait 1 second, switch off PWMs in case Mainswitch does not exist or bus is powered via USB.
- Mainswitch just wait 2 seconds before switch off.
- CANDis: just show "emoji_u2620.png"
